All PixelsShades products are digital. Nothing physical is shipped.

If something doesn't work

If a product won't open, doesn't work as described, or you received the wrong file, contact us within 30 days of purchase at pixelsshades2@gmail.com (or by Etsy message). We'll fix it or send a working replacement - and if we can't solve the problem, we'll refund you in full.

Wrong version or language

Bought the wrong country or language version? Tell us within 7 days and we'll send you the version you meant to buy.

Change of mind

Because digital files and licences can be used immediately, we don't normally refund a change of mind - please read the product page and ask us any question before you buy.

How refunds are paid

• Etsy orders: refunded through Etsy.
• Lemon Squeezy orders: refunded through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

When a StockCompass order is refunded, its licence key is deactivated.
