Terms of use

These terms apply to all products sold by PixelsShades ("we", "us"): downloadable spreadsheets and printables, and the StockCompass web app. By buying or using a product you agree to them.
1. Licence
You buy a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Spreadsheets and printables may be used in your own household or business. A StockCompass licence may be active on up to 2 devices at the same time.
2. What you may not do
- Share, resell, redistribute or publish our files, or your StockCompass licence key or activation link.
- Copy or rehost the StockCompass app or its code, or try to bypass its licence check.
We may block a StockCompass licence that is shared or misused, and a licence stops working if its order is refunded or charged back.
3. Not professional advice
Our products are tools for organising and planning. Budgets, tax summaries, valuations, insights and projections are calculated with standard formulas from the numbers you enter (and, in StockCompass, third-party market data). They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
4. Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties - for example Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or live prices from Finnhub through your own Finnhub account. Their terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or data.
5. Your data
Your data stays in your own spreadsheet or, for StockCompass, on your own device. Please keep backups. See our privacy policy.
6. Liability
Products are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid.
7. Payments
Orders are processed by Etsy, or by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Their terms also apply to your payment.
